Summer Foodie Week: Grilled Rosemary Chicken Salad

Grilled Chicken you think boring and dry!

Nope here's why:

1. Trimmed chicken breast
2. 2 cloves of garlic
3. 3 sprigs of Fresh Rosemary
4. 1/2 cup of Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Blend Olive Oil, garlic, and rosemary together, then add chicken.

Marinade chicken overnight, then grill chicken until thoroughly cooked.

Then take the rest of the marinade during the last 5 min. of grilling and pour over the chicken.

Serve over a bed of fresh greens, we prefer spinach and white wine.
