Summer Foodie Week: Roasted Corn

While watching the Food Network, one day I came across this recipe, I added my own touches and it is delicious.

1. 6 ears of the young sweet corn
2. 1/2 cup of Mexican Cheese
3. 1 tablespoon of Smoked Paprika
4. Lime Wedges

Grill corn on a open flame until thoroughly roasted.

When corn is thoroughly grilled then slather with butter, smoked paprika, turmeric, garlic, and Mexican Cheese.

Serve with lime wedge.
