Keys to Stress Reduction

Did you ever feel so stressed out working on a particular project or even with a friend, that you want to abandoned the thing and go to sleep?

Well, a good friend of mine gave me this Stress buster tip.

1. Do an easy task first gives you energy.
2. Take a timer and set it to 15 minutes and do the most stressful task for
15 min. when the timer goes off stop it for that day.
3. Then do something enjoyable.
4. Go back to regular work schuedule.

I have tried this and it does work.
