Foodie Friday: Halloween Goulash
So its Halloween and what do you serve your adult friends for your Halloween Party.
Beef Stew over Herbed Polenta
1. Take Sirlon and cube it and season with salt and pepper.
2. Cut up a pepper, an union and smash three cloves of garlic, and carrots.
3. In a sautee pot saute everything in Olive oil and reduce with a cup of wine and a jar of tomato sauce with 3 Bay leafs.
4. Simmer for 4 hours until meat is completely tender.
Serve over hot Polenta with thyme.
