Her Campus is having a NYC fashion show and you can be it as well. Her Campus is a Harvard based group that has conferences on Business, How to thrive on campus and College Fashion Week is no different, every one gets a chance to walk the run way. And get beauty products in the meantime.

The uber cool Beauty Con comes to NYC and it's all about meeting the latest You Tube stars, Bloggers and Lifestyle experts who are going to show you how to strobe, contour, and clown, your make up of course. But this conference is truly amazing in that it takes the people that you are connecting with on line to an intimate setting.

Sarah Boyd does it once again in bringing her class act connector conference to the W Hotel with E News host Cat Sandler. The brunch portion allows you to connect with key industry leaders and the work shops are really inspiring, I remember when Damsel in Dior was an audience participant now she is doing fashion segments for E News.

Even if you can only attend one event, if you want to take your career or meet potential customers then you can't miss these conferences.

Hope everyone has recovered from budgeting 101, yesterday. Today, we enter the fine world of crystal and china. You know the stuff that your girlfriend puts on her bridal registry, gets it, but serves you on paper plates. Anyway, one day I was scouring around the Internet to price some crystal flutes. I came across a great, great deal! In the world of crystal and china- Bacarat- the most famous and expensive, waterford.com , and  lenox.com The price points can run from 5,000.00 to a basic Bacarat vase to 150.00 for a leaded crystal flute from waterford.com . In terms of china, my sister's  lenox.com full service china set that I have yet to eat off, which was 10 plus years ago, cost about a month's rent.
